Pole dancing is a lot of things, but above all it offers a unique way to include exercise into your busy schedule, building up your strength and confidence.

Meet the founder
Karolina is a certified pole dance coach with 15+ years of dance experience and over 7 years of teaching & helping individuals to achieve their goals.
Her biggest mission is to educate people about healthy movement and longevity.
Getting flexible very early on but lacking any control or strength, Karolina worked hard to change that. She now takes inspiration from her past experiences and applies them to her classes.
