I'm Karolina,
a passionate pole dance teacher and professional aerial performer.

With years of experience in contemporary dance and aerial, Karolina created Pole2Flow as a sanctuary where people of all backgrounds can reconnect with themselves—physically, mentally, and spiritually. Passionate about movement quality and safe practice, her teaching blends step by step breakdowns, nervous system regulation and progressive overload awareness to cultivate deep understanding, practical strength and confidence.

​My goal is to create a space where you can explore, learn, and grow at your own pace. No matter where you are on your journey, you are welcome here.
