Intro to Pole
Our Intro to Pole classes will be your first interaction with pole, so we made sure you can focus on having a good time.
Within this one off taster class, we will explore different styles of pole as well as difficulty levels to really show you what pole dancing is (and can be) about.
For your first class, you can wear whatever you feel like - pants and a top or short and a sports bra are all perfectly fine.


Pole Foundations
Pole dancing can be an amazing tool to express yourself, gain confidence and through movement, learn what your body can be capable of.
Our 6 week introductory course is designed to support you as you dive deeper into the basic principles of pole dancing. You don't need to be strong or flexible to start - just willing to learn!
Each class has been carefully crafted to ensure a fun and supportive learning experience, allowing you to explore new tricks and transitions while gaining a greater sense of body awareness, strength and control.
Feel free to wear whatever you're comfortable in at the beginning, when it's time to use our skin for gripping, your instructor, will let you know.
Once you graduate, you will be offered a spot in our Beginner 1 Pole Tricks block course, which you can attend alongside all of our other classes.
Pole Tricks
With main focus on strength and control, these are the core classes we offer at P2F.
After you've completed the Pole Foundations course (or other entry level pole course) you are ready to start exploring the world of powerful tricks and intricate transitions, each term levelling up from the last.
Most terms are 12 weeks long indicating the level of skill you are currently working at such as Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced.
Please note these classes are designed with progressive overload in mind. To be able to attend, you are expected to showcase adequate level of strength, control and understanding depending on the class level.


Heels 101
This class is a combination of theory, technique and discussion. We will often touch on the importance of stripper & SW culture helping to shape today's pole dance scene.
To understand the skills needed to dance in heels, you will learn the proper technique, explore different combinations. short routines and freestyle flow.
Stripper heels - sandals/boots (Pleasers or Hella Heels) highly recommended.
Those are made specifically for dancing with a cushioned sole and ankle support to keep you stable.
Any size from 6 inches up is perfect for learning.
Open to all levels.


Floor Acro
Floor acro is a potent combination of floorwork and acrobatic moves. Think slides, leaps, shoulder rolls and more!
Each movement is broken down, so it's achievable even if you've never done anything like it!
Kneepads, socks and skin covering is highly recommended.
Open to all levels.
Strength & Flex
A go to class for anyone that is ready to unlock those dream moves and grow into their strongest self yet.
Through specific pole related drills and conditioning exercises we will work on stability, mobility and much needed overall strength to support you as you progress on the pole.
Open to all levels.


Private lessons
Whether you're a seasoned pole dancer or a complete beginner, if you are looking for more hands on approach with plenty of time to ask all the questions - private class might just be what you need.
Strength, flexibility, flow, tricks, competition prep - you name it, we can help!
Depending on your needs, you can to choose from a studio space with multiple poles or a private home studio with 1 pole only.

Open Pole
Wanting to progress faster? Working on a specific tricks/combo or perhaps training for a comp?
Open training is a great way to sneak in extra practice especially if you don't own a home pole.
This self guided option is available to members and non members by attending any class in the schedule.
