Once you have purchased your ticket, we cannot issue refunds. Please refer to our Terms and conditions for more information. To reschedule, log into your account and choose a different class minimum 24h before the start time. Alternatively, contact the studio minimum 48h prior with any questions to avoid a loss of a ticket.
