Service Description
After you've completed the Pole Foundations course (or other entry level pole course) you are ready to start exploring the world of powerful tricks and intricate transitions, each term levelling up from the last. Most terms are 12 weeks long indicating the level of skill you are currently working at such as Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced. Please note these classes are designed with progressive overload in mind. To be able to attend, you are expected to showcase adequate level of strength, control and understanding depending on the class level.

To reschedule, log into your account and choose a different class minimum 24h before the start time. Alternatively, contact the studio minimum 48h prior with any questions to avoid a loss of a ticket.
